1. Introduction Welcome to Life Cycle Horticulture Corp. (“LCH”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Use of Website You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
3. Subscriptions By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined on our website. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose.
4. Cancellations and Refunds You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you plan on cancelling part way through your plan, break it into quarters (20% for each week left not including the current week) will be returned.
5. Modifying Your Date You can modify your delivery date twice at no extra cost, provided you give us at least 7 days’ notice.
6. Billing Process After we get in contact and receive your e-transfer through a secure portal, we will email you an invoice along with the form if you’ve chosen to have your boxes pre-selected.
7. Upgrading Your Subscription To upgrade your subscription, simply reach out to our team. We will determine the difference in cost and see if your points can make up the difference for the month if that’s something you want.
8. Obtaining an Invoice If you need an invoice for your order, contact our dedicated customer service team with your order number, and they will assist you. If you haven’t already received it in your mailbox, this process is automatic, so contact us right away if you don’t receive it.
9. Tax Receipts Tax receipts will be issued as soon as Harvest For Growth Inc. (HFG) has its account number. An email reminder will be sent to each customer until that day.
10. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LCH and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability LCH will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our services.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
