Where can I obtain a invoice for my order?

Certainly! Just reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number, and they will happily assist you in generating an invoice. If you haven’t already received it in your mailbox.

This process is automatic so contact us right away if you don’t receive it.

What are your operating hours?

We are open from 12 PM to 9 PM, Monday to Friday. We close at 6 on weekends. Holiday hours may vary, so please call or check our website for specific information on those dates.

Is parking available for pick up?

Yes, we have space for a few cars. Please try to be quick when picking up your order though to make room for others. Save time and give us a call ahead of time and we can meet you outside!.

Curious about our cancellation policy?

We keep it simple. If you plan on cancelling part way through your plan break it into quarters (20% for each week Left not including the current week) will be returned.

Looking to upgrade?

No problem! Just reach out to our team and we will get that sorted out. We look at what subscription you have and determine what the difference would be and see if your points can make up the difference for the month if that’s something you want.
