Need to make changes to your date?
Absolutely! As long as you provide us with at least 7 days notice, you can modify your date twice at no extra cost.
Curious about our cancellation policy?
We keep it simple. If you plan on cancelling part way through your plan break it into quarters (20% for each week Left not including the current week) will be returned.
Wondering about the billing process?
After we get in contact and we receive your etransfer through a secure portal. We will email you an invoice along with the form if you’ve chosen to have your boxes pre-selected.
Looking to upgrade?
No problem! Just reach out to our team and we will get that sorted out. We look at what subscription you have and determine what the difference would be and see if your points can make up the difference for the month if that’s something you want.
Where can I obtain a invoice for my order?
Certainly! Just reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your order number, and they will happily assist you in generating an invoice. If you haven’t already received it in your mailbox.
